About

Yep, all about me

Hi! I'm Buraq Al Alaeli, a Senior Unity developer specializing in gameplay and multiplayer programming. I have 4+ years of experience turning a love of games into shipped, working systems, with a focus on clean, scalable code, Unity Netcode, Photon Fusion, and performance profiling.

I co-founded and technically lead NoSolo Studios, a contract studio of 7+ freelancers in Lebanon behind titles including A Heavy Morning, funded by Microsoft and published by Bright Gambit. I'm also part of a 3-person team at BOI Studio building One More Wave, a co-op zombie survival game headed to Steam.

Earlier in my career I built multiplayer systems at Yayy, including an NFT-based multiplayer MOBA released on PC and a co-op survival mobile game. At Arthur I built an IK-animated avatar system and worked on VR and WebGL, partnering with Meta on audio-driven facial animation.

Multiplayer games are one of the most powerful ways we connect with each other, and my goal is to build games that not only play well, but make people feel something together. I'm based in Beirut, Lebanon, and open to remote work and relocation.
